• Payment details: processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Account details: the email you sign in with and your saved addresses.
• Trade and tax details: business name, contact details, credentials you submit with a trade application, and resale certificates.
• Messages and reviews: what you send us, and reviews or photos you submit.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and actions on the site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that run the business for us, including Shopify (store, checkout and accounts), payment processors, FedEx and USPS (shipping), Redo (returns and package protection), Omnisend (email marketing), Yotpo (reviews) and error-monitoring tools.

• Legal and safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, sale or similar transaction.

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are in Canada, your information may be accessed by authorities under the laws of those countries.
