Most fixtures let you choose color, finish, size, configuration, and mounting. Bulbs are sold separately, except on fixtures that take a PAR16 bulb, which ship with bulbs included. ## Colors and finishes 14 signature powder coat colors: White, Chalk, Bone, Spa, Python, Lagoon, Cobalt, Slate Blue, Ochre, Orange, Riding Hood, Pinkaboo, Barely, Black. 3 metal finishes: polished and lacquered brass (also called satin brass), nickel, and black. Custom powder coat color matching is available on request; it is not limited to the 14 standard colors. Most fixtures are built with damp-rated sockets; a damp-rated fixture says so in its product specs. We do **not** offer wet-rated fixtures. ## Shipping Ships from Roseville, Minnesota via FedEx, and USPS for small packages. Transit is 1–4 business days within the contiguous United States. Quoted lead times and shipping promotions apply to the 48 contiguous states; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico carry additional charges and longer delivery times. Ground shipping is free on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. Local pickup in Roseville, Minnesota is available on request. We ship to the United States and Canada only. Canada ships via FedEx International Connect Plus, with International Economy and International Priority also available, and duties and taxes included at checkout (Incoterms: DDP). ## For designers, architects and the trade We run a trade program for design professionals. We check applications every hour, on the hour. What we offer instead is a growing system of configurable products with many options. If a project needs a bespoke fixture designed from scratch, we are not the right manufacturer. - We do not offer wet-rated fixtures. - We do not offer exchanges. Eligible items can be returned and reordered. - We do not hold stock of color items; they are powder coated per order. - We do not ship outside the United States and Canada. ## Ordering All orders are prepaid. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, checks, ACH and bank transfer. Website orders carry no credit card fee. Orders of $10,000 or more placed by purchase order carry a 3% card fee, waived when paid by check or ACH. Cancellations and changes within 48 hours of purchase are free. After 48 hours, a 10% fee may apply once assembly has started. Repairs or modifications to previously sold fixtures start at $50. Anyone can request a formal quote. Quotes are sent within 1–2 business days and are valid for 60 days.
